The ingredients between the Blueberry Almond and Vanilla Crisp are the same except Blueberry Almond has the following additional bolded items.
The blueberries and almonds help make it not as bland as the Vanilla Crisp but somewhat increases the calories. NOTE: The serving sizes in the ingredients list for each are different. The Vanilla Crisp is based on a 1-1/3 cup and Blueberry Almond on a 1 cup serving, which skews the % Daily Value (DV) comparison.
