Picked 1 up last week for my work area. Seems brand new. Came packed in a Vizio box with a 2-year warranty.

Unless you have an especially crappy TV, this will do little to enhance your sound.

If you need sound where you may not have any or have crap built in speakers, this is a great opportunity. Got a few to give out for Christmas 😂.

I bought one to use it as computer speaker. It has 3.5mm audio jack.

Have fun with your connection issues. Vizio is pure crap. 10 years ago, you got a lot of bang for your buck. Now, you get what you pay for. I've had 3 of their soundbars (the full surround sound systems). All 3 had near-weekly connection problems. One of them had problems almost daily. I will never buy another Vizio product again. That was their high-end 5.1.4 Atmos system. Their TVs are just as bad. All kinds of issues with needing to be unplugged and plugged back in regularly to get the image back.

I bought this last week for my porch tv. It sounds great for that setting. I'm not sure you'd want this for a main tv. It has been easy to use via an optical connection.

Probably any soundbar is better than any TV speaker.
