This is the lowest end of phono preamps, but if you need/one a cheap one, this is a good deal.

Guaranteed bad performance. If you listen to vinyl, you don't truly care how good the sound quality is, so, really, this is just pyling on the mediocre sound quality.

But I'm 100% for fetishes.

Cuz a "good one" will make all of that static, pop, worn grooves, warping, off-frequency motor sound better than even 1024 bit, 1 GHZ sampling; way better than that measly 16 bit 44.1Khz sampling those crappy CD's give you.

Crystal clear audible noise floors == "Warmth" of course.
