Great kit for a travelling (balance carbon fiber weight with low folded height) tripod.
This is definitely better designed than the Peak Design Carbon Fiber which is ~60". The Ulanzi Zero Y is the upgraded version of the Peak Design.
I would say the Heipi 28S is better than the PD and Ulanzi.
But the PD, Ulanzi and Heipi are ~60" so if you need the extra 5" length this Gitzo offers (65")... it's worth it. The people who need >60" height are usually tall people using their tripods for binoculars/spotting scopes.
Note that this kit comes with the backpack & the V1 "tabletop" carbon fiber tripod!
Specs:
Load Capacity: 17.6 lb
Maximum Height: 65"
Minimum Height: 16.9"
Reverse-Folded Length: 16.9"
Weight: 3.2 lb

"Unfortunately,
there are currently no Gitzo spiked feet that can fit the Legende Series 1 Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod."
The
max height without raising the column is 55.5 inches.
If comparing to the Gitzo
GIGT2545T Traveler Series 2 Carbon Fiber Tripod, that model would be a slightly shorter height and a longer closed length despite its heavier load capacity over the Legende Series 1.
Cool YouTube video about the kit:

Apparently there was a Indiegogo in the past for this kit with a ship date of June 2021 and it cost $679! So $450 now is pretty cool.
