Got one for around $500 with old HP laptop trade in a month or so after they came out. I'd wait for a price closer to that.

Computer is great and has a amazing screen and runs all the software I need. Even odd engineering software works without a hitch even though is ARM

I ran into many problems with my old unity games collection when using Windows for Arm, one funny bug I ran into is the size of the main character is multiple times larger than the surroundings, as if I'm Gulliver.

its been a good computer, battery is great. i removed majority of the samsung stuff and no complaints. for productivity and school work it has held up great, works with all the required apps my school uses and chrome browser plugins required for testing. i used the touchscreen more often now, never knowing i needed it. it has the feel of a macbook air with an hdmi port that has already been used for presentations. i really like this computer.

Hope their screen don't spontaneously crack. After my experience with book2 and their beautiful Chromebook - both cracking for NO reason, I've stopped buying any Samsung laptops.

This price has been ongoing for a month already, and is always on/off. I'm just surprised the iPad trade-in special from last fall hasn't returned (less than $400). After all none of the snapdragon are hot sellers and you have your pick any given week of a deal - most are super premium so recommend looking at other brands, especially if you're using this thing on the go.... Don't even breathe in the screen!

I have this laptop and it is wonderful. Battery life lasts all day if you do basic things that make use of the ARM chip. The only thing lacking was google drive desktop app but now it is available. Highly recommended for battery life

Another take on this -- I've owned the 16" version for about 6 months. It's taken several (unfortunate) hard falls off a table on to hardwood. Zero issues with the screen or anything else.

It would be hard to believe that one screen spontaneity cracked. But two? Be more careful with your things lol

Is the deal dead already? Just set up an edu account and I'm only seeing $135 off.
