I have had this for over a year now. Definitely my favorite kitchen appliance by far. I rarely ever use our oven if ever (love the extra storage lol). There are so many options for how to cook your food and multiple levels. I LOVE the toasting function for left over pizza and warming up food as oppose to re-cooking it. It looks and functions very nice.

And on the topic... I've never seen the Joule version of this oven on sale for less than $399 but even at the OP price, this is hardly a deal, since it is basically a smart version of Air Fryer Pro with phone app control. And controls on the Smart Air Fryer Pro are set in a way to remember last setting, so IMHO there is no sense to overpay for Joule version, especially, if you managed to get the Air Fryer Pro for under $250.

The guided cooking feature from the app that changes settings as a recipe executes is pretty good. Whether it's $100 good is another opinion but it goes further than just basic app control.
