I guess this is as good as it gets for a "BIG Bank" but there are numerous other FDIC insured banks out there paying more - Citibank is trying to draw in deposits and hoping people forget about them so they drop the rate to their "normal" rate of 0.20% (and that's still maintaining a $25k balance).

Better to take chances with the other high paying HYSA banks out there - taking chances in that the rate will be MUCH higher than 0.20% in 3 months...which it will be.
