Key features:
- $20 cash back if you use the card once per billing statement for 11 months. Not bad free money, buy a stick of gum every month.
- 5% balance transfer fee is steep, but at 0% APR for two years, that makes it potentially a cheap loan. Personal loan companies are charging way more in interest. I can rack up a better cash back card and transfer.
- Cashback/bonus features basically suck. 4% back on travel purchases made through their portal only. Basically useless.
- Most other benefits are minor and fairly typical, like cellphone warranty, extended warranty, and rental car insurance.
I really can't see keeping this card in your wallet and using it for daily purchases - there are far better cards for that.
But, you could get a cheap loan and $20/year. That's not bad at all.
