Now I see it. Very deceptive. It looks like it's sold direct by Lenovo, but then it's shipping from M + L GmbH in Germany.

You always have to look at the Ship from and Sold by detail and if it's a third party seller (Sold by doesn't say Amazon) then read the terms for returns. Sometimes (most times) there's a restocking fee and/or you have to pay return shipping.
