I'm in CA, and I am speculating maybe there is some new CA law that is prohibiting internet sales of this because some ingredient of it may cause cancer. Or there is some political issue with Amazon and/or P&G (the parent company of Bounce). The stupid thing is, I can buy this Bounce in a brick-and-mortar store in CA, but for more $ or course. I don't know if this is a CA issue, an Amazon issue, or both -- but it's over-reach & highly irritating.
I tested my theory and changed the ship-to address to TN. Yup, Amazon will ship the Bounce to TN no problem.
