If you can take advantage of QuickSync, then definitely this.

Just make sure you're ready to update the motherboard to the latest BIOS before you even try booting to Windows.

You'll also want a pretty beefy heatsink. I picked up a $50 Aqua Elite v4 and it's working perfectly, but that does add to the overall cost.

I'm not sure. The only reason I would even think about trying it is that it's shipped from the US and not from China.
