It died on me a little outside of the return period for Amazon.

Particularly, not the phone charging part, but the LAPTOP charging part.

Max draw (65w) everyday, for 7 days a week, for 3 months straight, killed the laptop charging portion (tried multiple diff laptops, didn't work, neither did quick/fast charge for phones, it resorted to charging the regular 5V/x amps. I didn't bother to continue testing it, so I tossed it in the junk bin.

To summarize, I think it works fine for PHONE charging, but I cannot recommend this for laptop. It also gets fairly warm at 65w draw. (My laptop is built for 170w, but can slow charge at 65w, this provides just enough juice so the laptop doesn't cry)

I think this review is the most telling about what this quality charger actually does. Spoiler, it's not very good. https://www.amazon.com/review/RLDQI2RC9RVIE

USB-C1: 65W (5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A 20V/3.25A, PPS 3.3-16V/3.25A, PPS 3.3-21V/3A); exceeds claim due to having PPS; unable to load test, but would assume accurate

USB-C2: 65W (5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A 20V/3.25A, PPS 3.3-16V/3.25A, PPS 3.3-21V/3A); exceeds claim due to having PPS; unable to load test, but would assume accurate

USB-C3: 22W (5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, 12V/1.67A, PPS 3.3-5.9V/3A, PPS 3.3-11V/2A); this does not meet the documented specs of 30W via 15V/3A; it does have PPS though

USB-C4: 15W (5V/2A); does *NOT* provide PD/power delivery at all on this port; when using 5V to load test, after hitting 2A, the voltage severely undervolts to 3.6V which is so low that it could damage equipment

USB-C5: 15W (5V/2A); does *NOT* provide PD/power delivery at all on this port; when using 5V to load test, after hitting 2A, the voltage severely undervolts to 3.6V which is so low that it could damage equipment

USB-A1: 9V (5V/1.8A); does not meet claim of 5V/4A; when using 5V to load test, after hitting around 1.80/1.81A, the voltage severely undervolts to 3.6V which is so low that it could damage equipment

USB-A2: 9V (5V/1.8A); does not meet claim of 5V/4A; when using 5V to load test, after hitting around 1.80/1.81A, the voltage severely undervolts to 3.6V which is so low that it could damage equipment

I'd need to see UL's own certification proof to believe that...
Most of these chinese with fake company names stamp on every single "CE, EU, UL" and whatever other nation testing certification stamp they can think of. But 'll bet only 3% of items actually ARE tested and approved by these certifiers...
CNs: THEY LIE
That is why I said Tested for UL standard. They list a test report from a test lab. It seems test according to UL standard. I highly doubt that is UL listed. However, I have to give credit for at least show a report like this. Better than most of the no name chargers sold in Amazon (Except AmazonBasic, which it is a good UL listed 65W charger).

Been stable for me for months now. Great value.

For the record, I've had issue with brand name chargers more so than the nameless ones, and I've come to the conclusion that it just does not matter.
They're all probably made in the same factory with the same components anyway.

All charger are made in China nowadays. I haven't seen one from other countries for years. The chinese chargers sold in USA have better quality then the one sold in its own market. This one is test for UL standard.
I actually got this last time and returned it. No UL/ETL mark on the charger. Good luck finding them on the UL list.(Even if they have it, it will be under the factory name, rather than the Amazon alphabet-soup brand)

Not really. There are many Chinese charger companies with different factories. If it is OEM one such as Lite-ON, Delta, are good quality. However, many of no name charger cut corners to save one or two cents of each. The IC chip maybe same but the rest of the components (such as capacitor, resistor) are lower quality.

65w max for the top 2 usbc ports, 30w for the rest of the usbc, then 20w for the 2x usbA
The reviews say it doesn't actually achieve these power levels though, some providing actually measurements from power meters.

Solid charger. I've been using it for almost 2 years now, charging my MacBook, phone and a bunch of junk at the same time. I personally wouldn't listen to the haters based on my experience.

Everything that isn't our Lord and Saviour Jesus Anker is Chinese crap!
P.S. Anker is made in the same Chinese factories as everything else. Anker doesn't make anything, they are white label and license existing tech to be produced under their name.
Anker's been offshoring their manufacturing to SE Asia

Actual question: How quiet is it? I don't mind buying cheap chargers, but if I am going to use it to charge in my bedroom my wife hears like a bat and can hear cheaper chargers electricity flow.

I can definitely hear a high pitch whine from one of my crappy (and cheap) wall plugin 120v splitter and USB build in devices, but thats like a $3 junk device. The Item listed above I've been using in my bedroom for months, and don't hear a PEEP from it. I actually replaced my high-pitch-whine charger for this mejkikowhatever to get rid of that small noise. Now it may make noise months in the future if it starts breaking down, but its been plugged in for months, no noise yet.
