They usually don't let you buy a gift card with the bonus card although I feel like there has been a glitch that allowed that in the past. Can always buy something within the window and return it though if you are worried about it expiring before you can use it.

$20 Digital Member Bonus Card can be earned 4/25/2025 12:01am – 5/4/2025 11:59pm Pacific Time. Basically, you have 6 calendar days to use the bonus card.

Some states like California do not allow gift cards to expire. So how do they get away with that?

I believe the bonus card is not a gift card. The $100+ gift card does not expire nor have fees. The $20 bonus card expires.

The "Bonus" usually never lines up. They always bring this up before or after a big sale coming.

Been going through that for 2 years purchasing camping stuff. I just save the gift card for the sale and use the bonus on something excluded

Now bonus card can NOT be used to buy gift card, although they allowed before. This means you need to use your bonus card within next 10 days before it expires.

it seems that online system didn't prevent me doing that... not sure if the transaction will go through tho
