I used to have great respect for Lulu. But after they walked back on their warranty to one year retroactively on all garments, basically it's a F U to Lulu from me.

Get rhone or vuori or alo, Lulu isn't good post 2022

I don't disagree, but it was turning into Costco with how people were abusing this policy. They had to do something; maybe should have given it a 5 year "life of the product" warranty" that requires the original receipt to activate.

I agree. I liked some of the peloton clothes in the past especially the dream weave. So when I saw this I was like great 50% off I'll give it a shot. $88 for gym shorts? $128 for a hoodie? $138 for sweat pants? Even 50% off those prices is crazy. I'll buy it for half the half off price at Costco where they honor the return policy.

Costco honored their policy and only applied new policy moving forward. Lulu decided to retroactively apply the policy which is "NO" in my book. I spent $$$$ on the brand knowing I could go to them if the apparel didnt work or had build issues.

I had them in likes of patagonia, Outdoor research but then their move catapulted my faith with them. I have several unopened lulu garments in bag with price tags and they are going to be tossed on ebay. My LTT shorts had crotch seam issue, which couldnt be addressed by them -- thats when I discovered the policy change. LTT short was only 14 months in service when the crotch seam started unraveling.

Also, I never considered the garment pricing and their warranty separated when I paid $88 for pair of shorts or $109 for a t shirt.

I placed an order for two shorts and a t-shirt and the status says "partially refunded" this morning. My small amount of cashback from another cash back site is in pending status. So we'll see what actually gets shipped. I think they got over their skis with this coupon.
