Potentially yes. There isn't anything typically put in dog food that humans cannot eat. While it is not designed for ideal nutritional needs of humans, it would keep you alive well enough if you had to live off of it for a bit.

From a lot of food reviewers. It's has a lot of cheap filters which can cause issues for dogs. Obviously beef meal but ones like soybean meal and whole corn.
