really? the reddit post i found said "​Some people are saying that:
their shoes were worn, although sold as brand new
they received the wrong shoes
the shoes weren't authentic
they received the wrong colorway
the size was wrong, or they received two different sized shoes
the customer service was horrible"
i searched the company through trustpilot too, a lot of recent reviews are 1 star despite it having many 5 stars from the past. a lot of people seems to complain primarily about fake or falsely advertised condition of items as well as a long or non-functioning refund process.
FWIW, the last (and only) Puma item I bought that was 2-colored like this had such an obnoxious seam between the two colors that I wore it once and got rid of it. It was very uncomfortable. It was men's clothing also so maybe different but wanted to put that out there for anyone considering.
