8 inch "stage" speaker? Must be for a really small stage......

I'm not expecting HiFi, "paid live music" sound quality for the 'park pavilion' party - just something better than two JBL Flip 5s; nor do I expect THX-cinema sound quality for the backyard movie.
If you think there's something better for the above use-cases for around $200, please send over model number/links.
Thanks

About the space of two 2-car garages, i'd say. It's a park "pavilion" so open air with a tall ceiling. Image below.

TYIA.
EDIT:
For the backyard, I'd say half a basketball court.

If there were no people attending it might be ok, but people are soft objects that absorb the sound requiring more volume, and worse yet people make noise. Lots of noise, and that requires more volume so people can hear the sound, and that causes people to talk louder creating more noise.

Original post before the update: If I were operating with your $200 price point and needing bluetooth, I would snag a lower price chi-com bluetooth amp on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=blueto...9Y
I would then take a look at passive (not amplified) speakers like the ones in this current SD: https://slickdeals.net/f/18291079-kustom-pa-kpx12-passive-monitor-cabinet-black-99-99-free-shipping?v=1. These are actually very good for the bux. Get two if you can afford it, but even one would work better than the Pyle in this thread, IMHO. I have a pair of 10" ones that I have used in small venues like yours and they work quite well (for the bux). You can get the 10" ones at MF for $20 each less and they would be ok. You'll then need some speaker cables to go from the amp to the speakers and they'll probably be 1/4 plugs on one end and stripped ends on the other. You don't need expensive cables for what you're doing. Only thing left would be speaker stands which aren't a necessity for your venue. Put the speakers on milk crates, beer kegs, whatever unless you really want to lift them high, but keep them closer to ear level as sound is directional, but you optimally want to get over the heads of the front row so they reach the back.
The above should give you a decent very basic sound system for what you're planning for not too much over your budget, and it will be far better than the unit in this thread.
Last thing: If the amp you end up buying has a switch from stereo to mono, choose mono so that both speakers get the same sound. That way anyone in your audience can hear the entire program, not just left and right. It makes a huge difference in the listener's perceived volume. Most if not all concert and stage events are mono, not stereo.
Edit: After thinking about your situation and your budget, I've edited my recommendation (unless bluetooth is necessary): Here's another option on sale for $120, only one cabinet, 2-4.5 speakers but has small mixer and amp built-in. https://www.musiciansfr
Probably not as much punch as the setup I described earlier, but I'm thinking it might work for your needs and budget. I don't know anything about the $120 unit's sound or capability but the reviews don't seem bad on the average and the mixer and amp built-in might be an advantage for you. No bluetooth if that's a deal-breaker, and no capability to add an external passive speaker. According to the manual another identical unit can be connected so they work in tandem. I'd definitely go for this long before I'd get one of the Pyle units in this thread.
