The only differences between vanilla, plus, and ultra for the S9 Tab is screen size and battery size. SoC, screen tech, camera, etc. are all the same.

Besides having the same specs... Samsung STOPPED making the 11" version so there is NO Tab S10, only plus and ultra.
Basically the Tab S9 is the BEST 11" tablet Samsung has made and it is two or three years old?

OK, I have this tablet. The screen is NICE... OLED.
What I do not like about Samsung is I find it has a lot of bloatware... But being in the USA and with the Tariffs that have taken place... it is extra hard to recommend any Chinese tablet due to the ballooning prices.

Bought a tab s9 ultra for pretty much just portable media viewing. It's a fantastic device, the screen is beautiful. The speakers are surprisingly good for a mobile device as well.

S9 128gb has less ram than the 256gb (8gb vs 12gb). Ultra has 12 or 16gb. For most people this probably won't matter.
