This is my daily driver and have had good experiences with it. I'd suggets to those who are going to purchase to look at upgrading some of the pieces and completely removing the steam wand cover (you will have to zip tie or find a way to keep the nozzle on during steam operation).

Here is what I purchased for this model:
Bottomless portafilter: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09W5QY...in_title_2
Portafilter Funnel: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJJYZ...le_11&th=1
Espresso tamper/distributor: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088TNV...n_title_10

Would buy at this price again in a heartbeat as models that are above this one really only get better in the 400$+ range
I'd check on how much the pods are specifically for this as this is not pods like KCups.

Espresso is nice and all but there is also a learning curve to steaming the milk, so may not be the best for ease of use
Not a pod machine loose espresso grind coffee only

Would this make for a decent donation to a teachers' lounge at the local school if I also provide couple of hundred pods to keep the supply going until school session end....? Thanks and reps.

Thanks and ripped. I guess a simple keurig machine would fit the bill.

I have a very similar Stiletto available for a similar price on Amazon. Definitely worth the price

This is definitely one of the best entry level espresso machine. Buy this and pair with a good hand grinder to test the water before jumping into the rabbit hole lol.

This thing was $45 last year. Not terrible for $70, but nearing the point of just save up for a much better machine.

Very good Espresso & Cappuccino Machine. Still works great with no issues, bought one about a year back when it was on sale at SAM'S for $50.

So what could be an acceptable and small espresso machine for workday personal use in an office setting that is not too messy ( pod based).

I never had an espresso machine and have been using drip coffee mahine for 20 plus years
