Mine uses about 1.5kwh/day, so a Pro can run it ~12 hours.
The wattage the fridge is rated at is while the compressor is running, and they cycle on and off. They run much less if the door is left shut and they are full (more thermal mass).
If you're interested in this stuff, I recommend investing in a Kill-A-Watt (~$30 on Amazon) or other meter, and monitor appliances to get real world usage.
For example a Coffee Maker can use 1500 watts (which the Inverter needs to handle, the river 2 series could not as they can output 500 and 800 watts respectively), but it only runs for a short time. So if it ran for 5 minutes, it would use 125wh (the h is for hours, so 1500/60*5 minutes).
Math and a meter can give you a much better idea of what various appliances use.
