True but on Amazon you get 20% cash back if you use the prime card. That is 80ish back.

FYI. If you're a Costco member these are slightly cheaper and you get the lifetime return policy.

I picked them up after using the 5400s for a few years before lighting storm fried them. Costco took them back and I upgraded to these.

Reason I picked this is all ports are 2.5Gbps compared to say the 75x pros which only have 1 2.5gbps port.

So far no issues.

Installed this the other day, replacing a TP-Link 6E mesh system. Don't have a wired backhaul ran yet, so using wireless. Looks like this model uses a combination 5ghz/6ghz for the backhaul rather than just 6ghz, and I noticed a bump of 25-30% wireless speeds at my satellites. Getting just about what I would with a wired connection now. The 2.5g ports also enabled me to get rid of a 2.5g switch I was using to interface between my PC and media server. Overall a solid upgrade so far, will be better once I get around to running Ethernet through the house.

When you run the wired backhaul, you may need to switch it to Access Point mode (Settings > Advanced > Mode). I was not able to get it to detect that a second Deco was wired until I made that change. Now the thing is flying! The two Decos are not directly connected- it goes through a network switch. That may have been my problem. But otherwise really happy with the upgrade vs my really old Orbi.

I had to return mine due to dropping by connection when roaming inside the house. Otherwise, it's a solid product with mesh wifi 7 network and 2.5gbps w/vlan

Look into Moca. You can get 2.5g over coax if you already have that run.
