Same for me too. Email came from [email protected], had the Ikea logo and said "here is your code".....but no code and a button that takes me to Ikea website where I am giving no discount.
I never got a follow-up. I guess I will chat with their customer service and show them the screenshots. I had plans to buy $1000 in furniture so that 20% off was kind of a big deal…
Is their customer service usually responsive to these kind of things?
