It could also be an easy way to collect more data on who purchases what. I presume most college students aren't buying their 1k plus items or having kitchens designed.

Same for me too. Email came from [email protected], had the Ikea logo and said "here is your code".....but no code and a button that takes me to Ikea website where I am giving no discount.
Is their customer service usually responsive to these kind of things?
