I have 2 orders each with 2 tools. The first one, 2 tools have shipped but not the batteries. The tools are set to arrive today. Nothing has shipped on the second order. Credit card still has $216 charges for each order.

I checked out as a guest. I got emails for both orders stating that they have been shipped, but punching in the order numbers into the order tracking system on Acmetools details everything I outlined above. I'll see what arrives at my house today. Does anyone else have a a similar experience?

Just saw my temporary credit card authorization has been released. I'm guessing mass order cancelations will be coming soon. I only ordered 2 sets.

It would be helpful when someone comments about the status of their order if they say whether the order is from Lowes or Acme Tool.
