So now I wonder which models have RFID chip readers and which ones don't. I imagine the RFID chip is probable embedded into the roll and not the sticker so I wonder how easy it might be to transfer the chip to a new roll of labels.

Notice: The sticker on the side of the roll contains a printing sensor chip. Please do not tear or destruct the sticker , otherwise it will affect the printing effect.
Sounds like a sticker that might be removable and placed on another roll??
Edit:
From the company's website:
My printer cannot detect the label. Why?
There is an IC installed on each label. In a very rare case or due to transportation, the IC may have been damaged and cannot be detected. Please use the "scanning" function once you open the app. We can then scan the barcode of the label on the package box or bag, and the template will show up on the app for editing.
After inserting the label and closing the lid, the message "Please use the new version paper, tighten it, and replace it." appears. Why?
This is the same as when the label is not detected by the printer. The same message appears if you close the lid and no label is inside. I have one I bought for $5 and I regret not doing the research first. It's another cheap electronic hardware product with an internet kill switch that's just going to end up in the landfill (but physically 100% "working")
