Nope. Quite literally unplayable. I crash every 30 seconds on the 2nd planet. 4090, beefed out computer with all the updates.

Fallen Order has very few issues now, but Survivor is still a CPU heavy game. I just finished Survivor on a new build with an Intel Core 7 Ultra 265K and an RTX 5080 and it will max out the CPU usage even at high quality (epic is the highest setting) at 1440p. Not as bad as launch, but they definitely did not optimize it for PC. For reference, CP2077 on Overdrive settings runs the CPU at <30% usage.

I was hopeful EA would eventually fix these issues but given no recent patches and the fact they recently had layoffs on their team have made me lose hope.

Would this also be due to the nVidia drivers cpu overhead issue? More games have been hitting cpu limits on green drivers compared to red or blue. Look into it and see if a previous driver or hot fix is better for your situation

I don't think so because I ran this game with an older setup (i7 9700K and RX 5700 XT) and my CPU usage was also above 90%. I think it's just that poorly optimized on PC and they aren't doing updates anymore.
