I haven't bought store bread in two month. I have a Lodge that got stained for not using parchment paper and a Le Creuser that I don't want to get stained, this should work perfectly.

Better season it before use. Lots of reviews about rust. Some said it wasn't good for sourdough. Too much steam release, so beware..
