Ty for the rec. Though I see those bars contain soy protein isolate. Most soy protein bars are very tasty, and I'd bet Fit was unable to go all-whey and get a good bar.
Anyone have a comment on taste directly compared to typical whey protein bars? Which all have poor taste and consistency.
Of the 4 flavors the only one I really didn't like is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Too sweet. The two peanut butter ones are probably the best tasting. (IMO)
I'm not sure how you call this a protein bar with only 6 grams of protein. The similar priced Kirkland protein bars I get have 21 grams of protein.
The bars themselves are pretty small. Don't know about Kirkland, but these are 1.4 oz, compared to 2.1 oz for a Quest bar or 2.4 for a Clif builders bar that have 20g protein. Not perfectly proportional - 2/3 the size but 1/2 the protein compared to Quest, but personally I like these much better for their flavor and texture. They aren't as sticky/tacky as a Quest bar. Waaaay better than "Pure Protein" which I just can't stand. I am not as macro-conscious as some people on this site and don't mind having a reasonable amount of carbs in mine.

Hate to be that guy… but this has Erythritol which will mess up your stomach (like most artificial sweeteners) and also supposedly causes heart disease.. like recent studies have destroyed Erythritol. All love
