Product Registration
Like others, I could not register this product on the Hisense web site.....no matter how I tried. I then chatted on their web site (hisense-usa.com). The only current method to register the product is via chat or call. They will need the following.
Full name, physical address, email, phone number, model and serial number, place and date of purchase, used in home or business

they are inverter so its not always putting out 12k
it goes below 3k btu output when it "slows" down.
This looks like a midea ushape had a baby with a standard ac.. and hisense eh.. not a brand name to impress although I have their U8H in 65" and its a great tv.
Note this requires a 25" window width for the bracket.
