I have not seen Instacart or DoorDash on Costco.com for while. Some are saying GC are available in store.
Costco may have stopped the Instacart as that is who they use for same day delivery and did not want people to utilize the discounts on their own site.

That was an awesome deal. It was a great way to save money on stamps as there was no instacart markup.

Seems to be this is the best deal since the costco deal is gone. %15 off still seems worth it. To each their own.

With Costco, the consensus is that most still carry the 20% DoorDash in-store and do not have Instacart anymore

Gone...likely for good as they use them for same day shipping. Not available in-store either.

I also haven't seen it. I think one other reason they got rid of it is that it got double counted towards your Costco spending. I found this out when a service person tried to sell me on upgrading my membership. I thought I didn't spend enough to make back the fee, and she said I did - I looked and it turned out both buying the Instacart cards and spending them on Costco deliveries counted, basically giving you 1.8x your spend! So you could be getting everything delivered (including tip and the 10% higher price) for less than in-store after stacking the discounts.
There's no easy way for them to undo this since they can't really tell if you're going to use the gc on Costco orders, or where you got your gc from when you order delivery.
