It can end up being pretty slick in the right circumstances. I usually only order from places that have BOGO or spend a certain amount and get certain item free. Those deals stack w/ the % off offers that are YMMV based on how often you use the service. Combine that w/ GCs 25% off and it can end up being far less than directly purchasing from the restaurant even w/ a decent tip.

Beware, Uber is terrible with giving refunds if your order should have an issue

I mostly use it for restaurant takeouts on UE like Chipotle. The prices are same for pickup order and a solid 25% off
Agree. Only annoying part is no rewards if they have their own app. Worth it though

prices are higher on Uber eats than just ordering in the store directly.
99% of the time, 100% agree. There's some restaurants that do B1G1 Free deals on the app only (not in store). The individual item itself is like $1-$2 more but getting a second plate for free is worth it. So I do pickup for those deals to avoid all the extra fees. Other than that, I never order from Uber Eats

Is the buying limit separate for store and online?

This is exactly what I do. I only order for pickup with the B1G1 free deals.

Is there an online form to request price adjustment rather than talking to customer service and wasting 10-20 minutes for $5?

I edited my comment because the 2 Chipotle's near me have same pricing as on Chipotle's ordering platform, but good tip though
maybe I will do the B1G1 as well didn't think of stacking like that.
