I believe I have this exact same one…the lock on it never stays locked in (unless I'm doing something wrong?) I have to actively hold it with my thumb when scraping. Even the slightest pressure closes the blade.

That's always the problem with these fckin things. It's faster to just stab yourself and drive to the clinic.

You need to push the blade all the way out with thumb them push on blade surface only not button until it locks. Don't touch the button until you want to retract.

I shouldn't have to worry about whether I'm going to graze a button when it comes to razor blades. It should lock, simple as.

These work great. No issues with the blade retracting when I don't want it to.But I know how to use these.Made in the USA as well.

Don't go cheap on razor knives or scrapers. You'll never regret buying a good one.

Had a real cheap one - as part of a multi pack including several box cutters. Lasted me a long time - strategically placing thumb while scraping. Mainly to get expired stickers off of my car's windshield.

FYI, don't use these to remove carpool decals. People have jacked up their paint with these.

Goo gone and some old credit cards work pretty well on stickers. Then scrub it with a paper towel till it comes off.
