On the plus side, it has a car adapter in case the battery is dead you can still plug into your car. The one from Costco can't do that.
At full price it's still competitive with other battery packs . . . but it's also an air compressor.
Amazon's refund policy is good so I'm going for this despite skepticism
Edit: I've figured out the downside -- It's about 4x the size of a battery pack of the same capacity.
