Sure. Plug it into the audio input, I have the karaoke running in the background, and you're good to go.
Input of Karaoke track player would go into the receiver (if it has input for aux audio). Receiver would mix the sound from mic and the output from the receiver will plug into your Home theater system.
Never mind. I should have checked that the receiver on this set is only for receiving mic audio. I have setup my karaoke system like u described. The receiver has all those inputs and outputs.

Don't think any TV has microphone input. I play my Karaoke music on TV with a separate Bluetooth speaker or receiver with microphone input with this. Really good microphone in my opinion.
