Will this pair with the JBL Refurbished Encore for $129 without using the adapter? For me that is another piece to lose and carry around. The Encore essential version included two wireless Mics without using a adapter.

Never mind. I should have checked that the receiver on this set is only for receiving mic audio. I have setup my karaoke system like u described. The receiver has all those inputs and outputs.

Don't think any TV has microphone input. I play my Karaoke music on TV with a separate Bluetooth speaker or receiver with microphone input with this. Really good microphone in my opinion.
