Good deal for decent low-budget passive speakers. They can be used as mains or monitors.

I don't have these 12's but I have a few 10's that I've used for years and I've been happy with them for what they are, so I'd expect the 12's to be just as good. Kustom has been around for a long time, so even though they're china made, they're not some vaxyzzxyz or some other weird unknown chi-com "brand".

If I wasn't already set with speakers of this level, I'd be snagging these in a split second...

would a pair of these with a amp and mixer (or mixer/amp combo) be better than the monoprice stage right sdr212 as far as dB and voice clarity? (the hope is to get something for outdoor movie night in a backyard near a well-travelled street)
