Worth the money for a Boxing game, good way to get in touch with current boxers and a really exciting time for the sport. EA potentially working on a return to boxing as well.

It might be worth $20. Go in with no expectations. I have this from early access and in my opinion, it actually got worse. I actually enjoyed UFC 5 a lot more than this. The game feels half done. Animations are bad, hit detection...all of it. Career mode is pretty bare too.

I agree. Every update/patch screws something else up. Also got it during early access. I'm pretty sure when they started monetizing boxers, it caught EA's attention and probably the only reason EA hasn't made a Fight Night in 15 years (couldn't make any additional money from it until this company thought people would). This company's monetization of $15-$20 or so for only 4-5 boxers per DLC (and as another Poster stated, a possible new EA Fight Night) will be this game's undoing.

I don't think it's worth $20. People defending it because it's a boxing game and the only one we have does not make it worth it. Career mode is awful, the fighting doesn't feel good, it's a mess.

Buy a used copy of fight night or buy it digitally for cheaper and it's a way better experience than this game.
