Allstate does not cover burn in protection on Oled tvs.

I got an s90c in early November for $1000. The 5 year geek squad warranty that covers burn in with full replacement, where no one else does anything close is ~$220. Costco is a great warranty for almost everything, but is somewhat lacking for tvs. Lots of people have a variety of complaints about allstate in terms of their warranty.

Anyone have a price on the 75" from Costco? I don't have a membership and it says member only pricing.

BJ's has one for 1797 with 5 year coverage but I'd imagine Costco might be cheaper.

Did you actually get full replacement? They are all just "a peace of mind". They probably already ran out of the new S90C models by now, and let's say your TV happen to stop working 4 years later, so you think they will give you the new S90F/H or whatever the newest equivalent model? Not to mention you have a long way to go for preparing all the documents and fight against agents.

Look at the Motion Handling Section.

It's terrible.

Good deal?
It's the best price I've seen this year but I got mine for $1,230 including tax by buying from an authorized retailer on Ebay and applying a 20% ebay coupon code.
It's a beautiful tv, paper thin and fantastic picture so unless you want to wait until next November for another great deal I'd say this is a solid price, especially as a return to Costco is a lot easier than from an online merchant.

That's exactly how the geek squad warranty works. If they don't have the replacement they give you the retail value of the TV, not just your purchase price. I know two different people who have used the geek squad coverage and ended up with new tvs when theirs failed. Geek squad confirmed it was busted and Sony didn't offer repair parts any more, so they went to the shelf and picked out a new one.

From Best Buy's website:
Is there any coverage limit to the protection available under Geek Squad Protection?
Yes, we will either repair, replace or reimburse you in an amount up to the regular retail price of your product at the time of purchase. For products purchased on or after October 7, 2019, they are covered up to the regular retail price found on the receipt at time of purchase, regardless of discounts.
