I only watch some gameplays and they look interesting. Rumors say Ubisoft is planning to use the same game engine for an Assassin's Creed 4 Remake, which definitely make sense. This game is not a AAA but for $9 you can easily resell the game for the same price if you don't like it, so worth the shot. Enjoy the show!

this game began as a spinoff series basically built off Assassins Creed Black Flag , and it was shown back in like 2017 or somthing, went through some weird development hell and disappeared for years, when it came back it was pretty much only ship stuff, ship battles lol

apparently they just did or are doing an update to finally get off the ship and get on land and stuff, it just seemed like a fumble after so long for so many years , a watered down version of what everybody expected for 80 ubisoft dubbing it the first real AAAA game lol

but for 10 bucks hell yea

Yes, it's online only. And a large portion of the community seems to hate the recent changes. Supposedly this game has to be online for at least 5 years for those concerned about them shutting down the servers, as Ubi has been known to do with other games. $10 is a cheap gamble, but bear in mind this game is a GRIND, if you don't care for grindy games, you won't like this.

Luckily, there's an easy solution: don't buy games at full price, EVER. They all fall in price eventually, and the fewer copies they sell at full price, the faster the prices will drop.
