This is their cheap set and tips get ruined quickly. What you're looking foris their XPS bits which are also like $25 currently.
This model is terrible. Get Makita XPS and you're set for life if you are diyer. And buy only the bit that you use the most instead of a set.

I'd be interested in hearing other folks experience with these. I grabbed a set via a previous deal and have been utterly disappointed with them, especially for Makita. Many bits have broken and in my opinion far too easily. I'm a moderate "home-gamer" DIY with a decent of amount of experience with tools and bits and not what I would consider very hard on tools.

For anyone wondering about if it's still worth it even with the fewer number of bits, the answer is yes.

Thanks for the link. Getting getting these to replace many in my Milwaukee cases that fit perfectly in my Packout setup for work. Can also get it for $27 there from a different seller that'll just take longer to arrive.

Haha as someone who works in the trades, this is an absurd statement to read in 2025. T-25 is my most used bit by far.

I've been replacing my Milwaukee shockwaves with Makita sets lately. Just comparing new PH2 bits side by side I've noticed the difference.

The newer Milwaukee bits are terrible .. I've had the same XPS set for several years and the bits are incredibly durable. I don't think I've worn through a single but and I've built a ton of stuff; 120' fence, reroof, framing etc Milwaukee torx rounded quick if not 100% engaged. never had that issue with any XPS

I'm a homeowner and I use T25 more than most other bits at this point.
