IMO well worth the $3 compared to other "value" sandwiches you can find at McD's and Wendy's these days, but I did feel like death after eating it. I believe (nationwide?) you can add lettuce and tomato for no extra fee.
Since it's the menu price and not an offer, you can stack with "free with $3 purchase" or "$1 fancy fries with $1+ purchase" types of offers.
