It'll be fine.
Translating that to lifting, the industry standard now is 3x3" 12-14 gauge steel. However you're paying a pretty premium for something that you'll effectively never need.
Unless you've got disposable income, want the best of the best or are lifting north of 700 lbs on the regular, a standard 2x2 rack is good for most lifters. On top of that, 2x2 tubes with 1" holes was the standard up until about 10 years ago when Rogue decided to tell everyone it wasn't good enough. Sort of like diamonds.
1. This is a great deal.
2. The pully system works okay, but if you use pullies a lot, you'll probably eventually want to upgrade to something smoother and quieter, but something categorically better will cost you ~$2000+.
3. I wish the squat cage was deeper. It works, but I have to think about not backing up to far and hitting the back bars or not backing up enough and hitting the front bars. It's not a big deal, but if I ever buy my $2000+ "dream cage," it will be deeper.
Overall, if you don't have a cage and don't really know what will matter the most to you, definitely buy this, use it for a few years, and then you'll know exactly what you want if you ever go for the $2000+ cages.
I've been lifting for 30 years, mostly free weights (not machines).

More importantly, holes that are spaced too far apart don't let you rack the bar in optimal position when you're setting up for heavier lifts (i.e., heavier weights relative to your max ability). For example if you're setting up to bench press, you either have to rack the bar higher than you want it (forcing you to use wood or something to lift your bench higher, or to compromise on your form so that you can reach farther to grab the bar, and/or possibly making your rerack sketchy/dangerous because you've got heavy weight and you're really stretching to get it reracked) or you have to rack the bar lower than you want it which makes your lift off difficult/impossible/dangerous and forces you to expend extra energy on the liftoff rather than the reps. Holes that are too far apart also don't let you get optimal distance between your barbell hooks/jcups and your safety bars so that you can't get full range of motion in your lifts (you have to cut the lifts short).
I think this Mikolo rack has 4" spacing which in my mind is wayyy too much, but I've been lifting for a long time. If you're a beginner and/or not serious and/or you're very lucky and have the perfect combo of height/arm length/torso length so that you fit this rack perfectly, it could work okay for you. It's definitely better than nothing and most people could get stronger using it. It's just not what you want if you're at all serious about lifting weights and can afford better. Also, using wood or something to adjust the height of your equipment to overcome hole spacing is a PITA.
Manufacturers sell racks like this w/ wide hole spacing because they're cheaper to manufacture (and because a lot of buyers are unserious and uninformed; racks w/ 4" spacing work just as well for hanging clothes and collecting dust as Rogue racks w/ westside (1") hole spacing).
Finally, will add that 2"x2" steel uprights from a reputable manufacturer will be more than enough for 99% of people.
Is it the same as the red one? Only difference is the color? I noticed some of the pictures are different
It should be the same other than color. The headline for the red shows "Updated", but the weight of the product and everything else is the same.

Better do it now. This is Chinese leftovers and soom will be gone
Link? Crossover cables sounds nice to have.
I would assume it shouldn't be too hard to assemble, but it will be time consuming. Watch some videos on YouTube. There are a few reviews.
