Will preface this that I'm a bike snob, but even taking into account cheap price this is still a pretty bad deal:
- one frame size
- narrow tires
- cheap cable discs that don't work well
- most likely weights 30+ lbs
- every single part is no-name cheap knock-off likely to not work

your better options are -
- used "good" brand bike can be found for about the same price. Can be tricky if you can't judge it's condition.
- something from bikesdirect.com
