I just purchased a refurbished Sony from them and it didn't even last 5 hours before I had to return it due to the screen being defective. If you purchase a refurbished TV from them just be aware it doesn't seem their quality control is good.

I bought a refurbished C1 years ago from them, it had a scratch on the back of the stand, was missing the component cable; but the panel had zero hours use and 5+ years later still going strong

I recently bought a refurb 48" C4, it must have been a damaged box situation as it was in a brown box but everything in original wrapping inside (panel, stand, remote, etc), and 0 hours used. Strangely the only thing off was there was no manual, but there was a CR code so maybe thats how they do it these days.
