Did you even look at the item, or just posted without doing so? This game has been out for years now, and no, it never hit Game Pass Day 1. Nor has it hit Game Pass Day 3.5 Years Later, either. I do expect it eventually, but who knows when.
I'm going to assume you mean Tony Hawk 3+4, which is Game Pass Day 1 Bound, but seeing the price at $18.99 should have told you, that this wasn't referencing 3+4......
2 weeks ago best buy had this game on clearance sale for $7.99 of the older Xbox One SKU number. Ship to store only and picked it up a few days later. Moments later it was sold out immediatly. $20 is its regular price. When 3+4 come out it'll drop even less (or just stay the same).
