Never buying perry Ellis pants again. The hem sowing always comes apart after 1-3 months. Figured the 1st time was whatever. Second time, really? Moved on and got performance Hagger dress pants from Costco. Lot better material that lasts

yeah PE went downhill 15+ yrs ago tho.
