Interest accrues daily, and is paid into your account each month when your account cycles
Your account cycle is based on your anniversary date (e.g. if your account opened May 15th, your anniversary is the 15th of each month)
Interest is paid into the account on the last day of the statement cycle, and is visible before the close of business
Your account statement is available on the app on the following business day
Most savings accounts with bonuses have crap interest rates.
I used to use Primis Bank, but their interest rates gradually dropped to be similar to other banks, and they still didn't support Zelle. So, I just switched to Samsung Money, which does support Zelle.
On the plus side Santander bank, in addition to FDIC, is a GSIP bank [wikipedia.org], which is encouraging in these interesting times.
Unlike others, like say, Cit Bank or Synchrony bank, the transfer times are relatively quick and the transfer amounts are high (100,000 per day and 500,000 per month).
Interest is paid 30 days from when the account was opened, not end of month like others.
