I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Customer service shut down last night before I went to bed. Woke up this morning and ordered one without any issue. Hope it works out for everyone. This is a slick deal.

Be careful with Warranty when it comes to Motorola and Total Wireless. Motorola admitted that all the warranty services of Motorola devices sold by Total Wireless have to be serviced by Total Wireless. What's the implication? Well... You can't get serviced if you change the provider after it unlocks. It's an asinine, archaic policy that I think I've only seen like 15 years ago when phones were serviced by the wireless carriers. I doubled verified this on Motorola forums with multiple reps because I couldn't believe their policy. I only was aware of this policy because I couldn't buy the extended ADH warranty on my Total Wireless Motorola RAZR, and I inquired of the problem to Motorola. If the phone works fine without an issue for a year. Not a problem. My phone is working fine so far.(knocks on wood)But God Forbid... IF anything happens to the phone after you change the provider, you'll be in hell of a surprise. Motorola and TW should've made this very clear before purchase.
Check with the credit card that you paid for the phone. Most of them offer extended warranty for free. I always wrote which card I paid on the back of my phone just in case.

I have no experience with Tello but had ported 4 GV numbers to TW. The phones were able to make outgoing calls and texts immediately, but incoming ones still went to GV until Google released the numbers a few days later.
When I went to get a new GV number, it wanted another phone number for forwarding. I used my real number that associated with another GV number and Google won't accept that. Is there a way around that to get a new GV number?

Bought one with a Chase card offer for 25% back. The offer expires in 5 days though and this is a pre-order so no idea if I'll actually get the money back...

Which Chase card do you have?

Yes, that's a GV requirement. Fortunately I have plenty of temporary Tracfone phones to meet that requirement. Sorry I don't have any suggestions for you.

I used PayPal the first time, it charged my credit card without completing the order. Later I found out the charge was reversed automatically. So I proceeded to place a new order this morning. Hth.

I relogin to my account this morning. The item was in my shopping cart. I just completed the checkout without reentering my address nor email. Do need to reenter cc info though. Hth.
