I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Was already charged the total $165 per my cc page, unsure if itll make it all the way through. I will try one more time tomorrow, but unlocking it probably won't be a cake walk if I can't even order the phone.
EDIT: Was able to process the following morning - awaiting to see if there are issues with the order itself.
Anything to look out for when canceling in the 3rd month or just not renew like at Straight talk. Has anyone port out the number at the end of the 3 month. Recomedations for parking the number?
I place an order yesterday afternoon, late last night, TW emailed the cancellation. The only thing that I could think of is that I got the 2024 Razr last week and used the same login to buy this 2025 phone. Any thoughts?

Yes that's how I did it
TBH I would love to be able to do that as well. Maybe someone can chime in if they have any experience on that?
Same issue for the iPhone 13, switched from Firefox to Chrome and it worked
