I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.
It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Looking at the terms, it seems Plans are NOT eligible for the CB. Not sure if the Phone purchase with the plan will count.

They got rid of pins with bundled phones several years ago (before Verizon bought the TF brands). Phones are supposed to activate with included plan.
