I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

Total wireless doesn't seem to be able to make their mind up. About a half hour ago my delivery showed return to sender but now it says out for delivery again. I think they got a little touch of the tism.

mine was supposed to be delivered today. but when i checked this morning, it was also return to sender requested by sender. when i asked total wireless via chat, the agent said it was cancelled by the system. oh well, cheap me was having second thoughts on an expensive (for me, it was a splurge spend) purchase anyways. the only annoying thing that bugs me is that i went through the verification process of providing my id and mugshot for them to sell off and i got nothing in return.

mine says out for delivery. but check that it's out for delivery back to the sender and not to you. that's what it also shows for me: out for delivery back to sender with expected delivery date on tuesday, 5/20

Don't bother with chat. Was on with them for at least an hour and they keep going back and forth with "It's out for delivery" (even though the last note from UPS shows on hold, send back) and "Well contact UPS" because your order went through on our end. They are not apt to figure out anything beyond the norm and this "hold" or "recall" is not the norm so they have no answers.

At this point, I would say that dealing with TotalWireless has been one of the most bizzarre experience of my life Big Grin.

I'm at the point that I regret even giiving them some of my personal information just to buy this phone.

This is not hyperbole, this is gotta be one of the strangest and absurd transaction I've been involved in.

Not sure how they are still in business.

I am considering porting my primary line from US Mobile to total and get this new phone deal with 3 month prepaid plan. Once the new service is activated on the new phone, can I move the SIM to my existing phone - Samsung 23 ultra and keep this Razr in drawer?
